A young boy with a big heart from this province is taking his Terry Fox inspired fundraiser door-to-door this Halloween.
Seven-year-old Ethan Smallwood is from Clarke’s Beach, and will be dressing up as Fox this year.
However, he isn’t collecting candy, he is collecting donations in support of the Terry Fox Foundation.

Smallwood has already started collecting funds and has well surpassed the initial goal of $250. As of Friday morning, his fundraiser had reached $775.
Ethan’s mom, Candice, says Terry Fox ‘s message connected with her son at a young age.
Ever since he first heard about the Marathon of Hope in Kindergarten, Ethan has been “obsessed” with Fox. She says he “adores” him.
For Smallwood himself, his goal is simple: he wants to finish what Fox Started.
