Harsh weather conditions played a role in a number of car accidents in the Corner Brook region yesterday.
Between 10:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. there were six accidents reported to police.
One driver lost control and ended up striking a convenience store in the area. There were no injuries but the building and vehicle sustained extensive damage.
There were no injuries in collisions on Massey Drive or when a car slid into a parked police cruiser and oil truck. There were minor injuries following a crash on Riverside Road.
