A 32-year-old man was back in court today following two arrests in the span of nine hours.
Shortly before 7:30 yesterday morning police were called to a home in the south end of St. John’s following reports of a disturbance.
The man was charged with assault and, after a court appearance, was released.
Then, just before 4:30 yesterday evening police were called to the same home where they arrested the man again, this time for breaching his court order.
He appeared in court on the new charge earlier today.
