Marystown Fire Rescue is reminding drivers to prepare as the winter season slowly approaches.
The fire department took to their Twitter account to share tips for winter preparation and safety.

They say it is a good time to replace old wipers, check your tire pressure and refill windshield wash and anti-freeze.
For safety, it is important to carry blankets and water and fill your tank before a storm.
They also remind drivers to keep a safe following distance when driving.
