There was minor damage following a small fire at a Mount Pearl convenience store Saturday morning.

Around 7 a.m., crews responded to reports of a fire at Needs on Richard Nolan Drive.

RNC say there were no injuries and the fire does not seem to be suspicious in nature.

The investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
