A Memorial University civil engineering professor will talk road conditions, pavement maintenance and the challenges and opportunities for improving road and highway conditions in the province.

Dr. Kamal Hossain is the feature speaker at this week’s Engineering Lecture Series hosted by MUN’s Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Memorial, and the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists NL.

The lecture will take place as the current debate over road conditions and questions about a ban on studded tires rages on.
