The $37.8-million budget is focused on continued services and stimulating economic development.
Residential property taxes will remain at 7.15 mils, while commercial rates will stay at 11.5 mils.
Mayor Terry French says the town is eliminating building permit fees for one year on new residential construction to encourage more development.

They are also developing a Recreation and Cultural Master Plan for the fast-growing town to help identify gaps and current and future open space and recreation needs.
The town will live-stream public council meetings, and will continue tax reduction and incentive programs for seniors.
