Christopher Somerton of Warbury Street says he was shocked when he came home from work this week to find his inflatable Christmas decorations stolen from the front of his home.

He says he didn’t even have the decorations up 24 hours only to find everything ripped up, damaged and torn away.

Somerton says the four inflatables are valued at about $500, but it’s not just the monetary loss that has him upset. He says live wires were left touching the wet deck.

He shudders to think what could have happened.

The decorations included a huge Minion and he’s been driving around looking for them. In the meantime, police are investigating.
