One person is in custody following a robbery in Mount Pearl this afternoon.
Shortly after 1:30 p.m., two robberies were reported within a half-hour period—one on Commonwealth Avenue, and the other on Dunn’s Road.
It is not clear if the person in custody is believed responsible for both robberies.
Police remain on the scene.
