Matthew Rice posted a video to the Dash Cam NL group on Facebook of a near-miss when taking the left in an intersection in Paradise.
On Carlisle drive he waits at the light before receiving the left turning arrow to turn onto Topsail Road, and as he beings to move he abruptly stops as an SUV speeds by, nearly t-boning him.
Comments on the video say the intersection is prone to drivers blowing red lights.
