There has been more damage done to parking meters in the capital city, but this time it’s about as far away as you can get from downtown.
Just before midnight RNC officers got a report that someone was in the area of the Marine Institute on Ridge Road smashing open meters and taking the change. They were able to quickly locate a 25-year-old suspect.
He’s been charged with damage to property and breach of probation and a court order. He was held for court.
