The lone occupant of a vehicle that ended up in a pond off Pitts Memorial has been detained by police.
RNC responded to reports of a vehicle going in a pond near Ruby Line just before 2:00 this afternoon.

It appears the driver left the road, skirting the shoulder before the vehicle landed with part of its front end in the water.
The driver is being held while an investigation is underway.
There were no injuries.
There were no injuries following a single vehicle accident on the Robert E Howlett just under Pitts Memorial.
The lone occupant is detained by police.
