Cannabis retailer and advocate, Thomas Clarke says that he was very shocked to hear Health Minister John Haggie’s announcement about the banning of cannabis vape pens.
Clarke was expecting to receive his first shipment mid December.
He says the NLC has signed contracts with licensed producers to supply the vape pens to the province. Clarke says this may cause those licensed producers to sue the province.
Clarke says there are currently cannabis vape pens on the illegal market that have chemicals that can harm people. He says the only way to fix the problem is to bring in ones which are federally regulated.
He says if there is not enough information in place about the dangers of vaping both nicotine and cannabis vape pens should not be sold.
