The town of Portugal Cove St. Phillips has lifted its boil water advisory until Tuesday.
The town initially put the advisory in place on Thursday to conduct repairs to its water distribution system.
The advisory will be put back in place as of this coming Tuesday when maintenance resumes on the system.
Homes and businesses from Western Gully Road to Beachy Cove are affected, although it only applies to those on the town’s water system.
