Water damage from a fire at an apartment building in Kilbride last night has left 14 units uninhabitable.
Emergency crews were called to Killam Apartments on Bay Bulls Road just before 6 p.m to reports of a possible fire in one of the apartments.
Police say the fire was small and was out by the time crews arrived. However, water damage was caused to 14 other units because of the building’s sprinkler system.
There were no injuries. There’s no word on how many people were displaced because of the incident.
