Thousands of customers were without power starting just before 11:00 a.m. this morning due to a power outage affecting the northeast Avalon.
The outage affected parts of St. John’s and Mount Pearl including Kenmount Terrace, Thorburn Road, and Cowan Heights.
It has since been restored.
