A 24-year-old woman was recently taken into custody in Toronto on drug charges thanks to an arrest warrant issued by the RNC.
The warrant was issued for 24-year-old Tyneich Allen as the result of a drug seizure made by security officials at St. John’s International in March of 2018.
Five blocks of compacted powder was seized and sent for lab testing.
The substances turned out to be three kilograms of cocaine and one kilogram of fentanyl.
Allen was arrested by Toronto police earlier this month and was transported to St. John’s for court. She is facing charges of possession of cocaine and fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking.
