Price jumps are anticipated across the board for fuel prices this week.
According to George Murphy of the Consumer Group for Fair Gas Prices, cold temperatures in the northeastern United States have sparked an increase in demand, which he says plays a factor into the projected increases.
This week, heating, stove oil and diesel are all predicted to jump by 1.2 cents per litre.
Gas is also expected to increase this week, but only slightly at 0.2 cents
