A man has pleaded guilty to a number of charges following a series of reported crimes in the Lab West area.

RNC were called December 13 to a report of a man gaining access to private property.

A 28-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were arrested and charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling following a police investigation.

Police, following up on other investigations, later charged the same man in connection with a break and enter at a local restaurant which occurred in late November, and a reported fraud on December 1.

The accused is awaiting a sentencing hearing after pleading guilty to the offences.
