Media relations officer Constable James Cadigan says officers discovered a deceased man and woman in their early 50s, on the CBS property.

The RNC had responded to a request for assistance on Roberts Road, shortly after 5:00 pm on Saturday evening.

Cadigan couldn’t say if weapons were involved in the incident or confirm what the relationships was between the deceased but it is believed they were husband and wife.

Police say this appears to be an isolated incident with no danger to the public at this time and the authorities are working with the office of the chief medical examiner to determine the cause of death.

Cadigan says that in a tight knit neighbourhood like this, they are looking for any information about the weekend activities in the area, or any piece of information that could help investigators determine what happened.
