As we enjoy the holidays, the province’s transportation and works minister is reminding people to think of those who are still out working.

Steve Crocker says as many people are home with friends and family, first responders and many from the Department will be out clearing the roads and keeping them safe.

He says it’s important to remember those who are out providing essential services around the province and those serving our country around the world.

Crocker is asking drivers to be mindful when travelling, and be respectful to the people of the province who are out maintaining the roads at this very important time of year.
