The RNC is asking the public for help locating a 35-year-old man.
Dennis Young was last seen on December 21 in Mount Pearl.
Young is described as being about 6 feet tall, 230 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a cracked front left tooth.
Young has several identifying tattoos including: “Ava” on his left wrist, Chinese symbols under his right arm, and a devil/demon on his right shoulder.
Police have concerns for his safety.
