The owner and operator of Evas Air says there is huge potential for growth within the province’s aerospace industry.

Pat White explained how modifying particular aircraft for global markets is a strong industry and they’re working toward what he calls a very significant opportunity.

White says the province has craftspeople that can create almost anything. He says leading companies around the world are fascinated by the adaptability and innovation here in NL.

White says one example of what they’re doing is the installation of special emergency exit doors for cargo airplanes.
