The snow has started to fall in St. John’s, where up to 50 cm of snow is expected by tomorrow morning.

Mayor Danny Breen says the city has been preparing for the system and for whatever comes our way.

He says crews have been doing pre-storm preparations, and all staff and equipment is ready to go.
