Dawson Mercer is continuing to put big smiles on faces across the country, this time a grade one class at Coley’s Point Primary.
Collette Dawson asked her daughter Beth what she wanted to take to school for Show and Tell on Wednesday, and Beth asked if she could take Dawson Mercer, something her mother thought was a great idea.
They asked, and of course Mercer said yes. She even used the hashtag #awesomeDawson.
So Nice! @DawsonMercer14 made a little girls day by agreeing to be her ‘Show and Tell’ item! #TeamCanada #awesomedawson #truecharacter #roots #hometown #2020NHLDraft #WorldJuniors @HockeyCanada @TSNHockey @QMJHL @VOCMNEWS @TheNfldHerald @Town_BayRoberts @CBCNL @TSNBobMcKenzie pic.twitter.com/G0UpbTqGYH

She says that Mercer made Beth’s day, and made a bunch of Mrs. Noseworthy’s Grade 1 class pretty excited when he showed up in his Team Canada sweater with a gold medal around his neck.
Mercer also attended Coley’s Point Primary as a kid and was a member of Mrs. Noseworthy’s class, making the Show and Tell all the more special.
