A 38-year-old man who was wanted for armed robbery in 2016 was arrested last night in St. John’s.
At 8:30 p.m., RNC officers and the Criminal Investigation Unit used a warrant and found the man, but he fled from police.
He was located shortly after with the help of police dogs.
The man now faces two additional charges for breaching his probation.
He was held to appear in court today.
