Premier Dwight Ball is meeting with Quebec Premier Francois Legault ahead of Monday’s Council of Atlantic Premiers meeting.
The two have met in the past, and Ball says that’s been mostly around the Labrador Trough, the mining industry and transportation.
It’s his first visit to the province as Premier. Legault has been the Leader of the Coalition Avenir Quebec since it’s foundation in 2011.
Legault says he considers Ball a friend. He adds that there is a lot of potential in developing common business in hydro-electricity, mining and more.
