The Newfoundland Growlers have extended their winning streak to ten games and their home winning streak to 15 games in a 4-1 victory over the Kansas City Mavericks.

Giorgio Estephan open the scoring last night at Mile One Centre with a powerplay goal. They scored the second goal of the game before entering into the second period 2-0.

Marcus Power continued his hot play as of late and restored their two goal lead early in the third.

Mavericks pulled their goalie in the third allowing for the Growlers to pull off a final score of 4-1.

The team face off against the Kansas City Mavericks at Mile One tonight at 7 p.m.
