Schools are remaining closed Tuesday as snow clearing efforts continue.
The English School District announced today that schools on the eastern part of the island are to remain closed for the day. This includes schools on the Avalon, including Avalon West.
Other districts will decide on the local level.
In addition, Memorial University’s St. John’s, Marine Institute and Signal Hill campuses as well as CNA campuses are also remaining closed.
