The RCMP says one man is dead following a collision between a snowmobile and a truck on Route 430 in Flowers Cove.
On Sunday at around 2:30 p.m., Port Saunders RCMP were called to the scene where a snowmobile was attempting to cross the highway and collided with a pickup truck.
The 83-year-old driver of the snowmobile was taken to hospital by ambulance for emergency medical attention, but died shortly after the collision.
The investigation is continuing.
