The last few days have been a “nightmare” for an elderly couple living on Kenmount Road following last week’s storm.
Two Days ago the Canadian Armed Forces lent a hand to 77-year-old, Edward Pynn by shoveling the snow blocking his home.

This morning snow clearing equipment pushed snow back up against the home, leaving the couple to climb a 15-foot snowbank just to enter and exit the house. Pynn fell off the bank today and says the conditions were too dangerous for him to manage.
Pynn’s prayers were answered this evening when the military came back once again to help him dig out.
He says the military’s help has been “unreal” and that he has witnessed them do amazing things.
