What started out as a humourous post about the State of Emergency on Facebook has now snowballed into something more.
Matt Harding took to Facebook earlier this week about bringing people together for a big snowball fight.
After an immense response on his post, he created the group NL Snowball Fight 2020 – World Record.
It is not as dangerous as it sounds, says Harding, and the group to beat is in Saskatchewan.
It does not require everyone to throw snow at one another. He says the record is around 7,800 participants and they all need to gather together with a snowball in their hand.
