After a week’s break in the adjustment of fuel prices, the cost of filling up has gone down across the board.
The Public Utilities Board halted last week’s adjustment due to the states of emergency across Eastern Newfoundland.
Gasoline has gone down by about two-and-a-half cents per litre (2.7), while diesel dropped by five cents (5.1).
Furnace and stove oil are both down by a little over four cents per litre (4.19 and 4.44 respectively).
Propane sees the biggest drop of 6.5 cents per litre.
