The Northeast Eagles’ Good Deeds Cup video reached over 88-thousand views when the contest closed as of midnight last night.
What started as a small fundraising activity by a team of a young hockey players grew into an inspiring story of horses, hockey, kindness and community.
The Good Deeds Cup is a program that encourages young hockey players to make a big impact off the ice in their communities. The Eagles are looking to bring home $100,000 for its charity of choice – Rainbow Riders.
The top three teams, according to the number of eligible views during the viewing period, will be announced on February 15th.
A judging panel will then determine the winning team and Good Deeds Cup Champion by the end of the month.
