A Harbour Grace man is facing a number of drug and firearms charges following an RCMP investigation and seizure.

24-year-old Robert Yetman was arrested on Tuesday after police seized a number of drugs including cocaine, suboxone, diazepam, methylphenidate, cannabis and oxycodone from his Harbour Grace residence.

Polcie also seized a large quantity of cash, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and a sawed-off .22 calibre rifle.

Yetman is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, and various weapons-related charges.

Yetman is being held in custody pending a court appearance. The investigation continues.
