There are some problems with the communications system for the City of St. John’s.
Normally 311 or 754-CITY (2489) operate 24/7, but they’re giving either a busy signal or “line not in service” message.
The city says they are working with their provider but it could be late tonight before service is restored.
Until such time, people trying to access the city can call 752-9902 or 1-844-752-9902.
