Regular counter service has been discontinued at the provincial Motor Registration office in Mount Pearl and all government services centres across the province.

Residents can avail of Motor Registration services online. That includes making address changes, drivers’ licence renewals and registering vehicle renewals and sales.

All road tests are suspended until further notice; however, consideration will be given for urgent commercial classes of licenses.

Service NL will provide in-person services by appointment only for services not available online.

Expect possible delays in receiving documents in the mail.
