Recycling throughout the province has been put on pause in order to limit the spread of COVID-19.

Curb It, Ever Green Recycling and Green Depots have all stopped picking up or accepting recycled material.

The MMSB says as per direction from the Provincial Government under the Public Health Protection and Promotion Act, all Green Depots have been closed to the public.

It will provide updates based on recommendations from the Chief Medical Officer of Health, as well as the provincial and federal governments.

Ever Green Recycling says payment requests are still available through web accounts, by email or telephone.

However, cheque requests will be mailed to customers, as their office is also closed.
