Police on the Burin Peninsula need help in identifying a person who broke into the Marystown Mall and stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry.
The person, who was fully disguised, broke in during the early morning hours of Thursday, then forced their way into Jasmine Jewelers, the Chamber of Commerce and Chalky’s Billiards.
They got away with a number of lottery tickets from the lotto kiosk.
RCMP have provided video footage of an individual in the mall. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 279-3001, or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.
