Students, parents, and staff from over 100 schools across the province recently came together in a virtual choir to sing ‘O Canada.’

The project was the brainchild of Jennifer Stanley who teamed up with Holy Heart’s Choral Director Robert Colbourne to expand the school’s ongoing virtual choir.

Chair of the English School District’s Board of Trustees, Goronwy Price says the project is an example of how people can come together, and build relationships and bonds while still practicing social distancing.

The video includes guest appearances from some well-known Newfoundlanders and Labradorians including Mark Critch, Rick Mercer, Alan Doyle, Petrina Bromley, the Ennis Sisters and more.
