A 30-year-old man was held overnight for a court appearance after uttering threats in Mount Pearl, Sunday evening.
RNC were called to a residence in the city at around 6:30 p.m. for a domestic disturbance complaint. Following an investigation into the complaint, police indicate that the 30-year-old was arrested on a number of charges.
He was charged for uttering threats to cause bodily harm, and two breaches of court orders.
He’s due to appear before a judge, Monday morning.
