The RNC is asking for the public’s assistance locating wanted man Wallace Hiscock.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 27-year-old Mount Pearl man in connection with a breach of court order. The RNC put out a notification on Friday afternoon, seeking information on Hiscock’s whereabouts.
