There wasn’t much fanfare because of the pandemic, but Easter Seals has broken ground on Phase II of what it calls the most accessible and inclusive park in Atlantic Canada.
The ceremony took place on Monday on Mount Scio Road.
Phase II includes a pavilion and event plaza with sensory gardens.
Easter Seals ambassador Claire McCarthy is excited about the project and looks forward to enjoying the facilities, including the BBQ event plaza.
