A man is charged, and a woman is in hospital in St. John’s after she was run over by a vehicle in Little Bay East Monday evening.
52-year-old Percy Clarke is facing charges of impaired driving causing bodily harm, dangerous driving, failing to remain at the scene of an accident and careless storage of firearms.
