PAL Aerospace says they do not believe the unfair labour practice against them has merit.
They were responding to the Air Line Pilots Association International who accused PAL Aerospace of anti-union behaviour.
PAL says they have been focusing on maintaining a positive working environment during this time.
They say they are looking forward to resolving the matter with the Canadian Industrial Relations Board.
