The Opposition is calling for the immediate opening of the House of Assembly to deal with pressing business and to repeal Bill 38.
Leader Ches Crosbie is concerned about the Bill, saying government failed to live up to its commitment as close family members like Kim Taylor ended up being barred from attending the funeral of her mother.
There are concerns from the legal community that the bill is illegal and unconstitutional, so Crosbie says the best thing to do is to change it by reconvening the legislature.
