Getting back to the tennis court this weekend was “like Christmas morning” for Mike Meaney.
With just three known active cases of COVID-19 in the province, and 17 days with no new cases reported, public health officials allowed outdoor tennis to resume on Friday with some restrictions in place.
Meaney is the Head Professional and Technical Director with Tennis NL, and says the last few months have been tough.
He really missed being on the court with kids playing the game they all love.
