The Town of Conception Bay South has hired an engineering firm to review safety enhancements at one of the most popular attractions in metro, Topsail Beach Rotary Park.
The park offers a place for swimming, whale watching, bonfires, hiking, and ocean views.
Mayor Terry French says traffic always increases during the summer months but this year, it’s greater than ever. Area residents are concerned about traffic and noise caused by revving engines and screeching tires.
Mayor French says they are reviewing staffing models to increase coverage to all areas of the town experiencing higher traffic volumes.
