A tractor-trailer carrying what appears to be an oily substance or wastewater has been uprighted, and cleared from the area.
The tractor-trailer, which belongs to Pardy’s—an environmental cleanup company—overturned on the roundabout just before 11:30 this morning.

The RNC says the only access in or out of Galway was through the TCH.
There are remnants on the road of spillage from the truck and the material used to absorb the spill.
