The St. John’s Regional Fire Department has lifted the fire advisory for St. John’s, City of Mount Pearl, and the Town of Paradise.

Open fires will be permitted, however, the fire department asks people to check with their local municipality to confirm if a burning permit is required.

The use of Consumer Fireworks is also now permitted.
